Hello!
Looking back over the years, I can see now that I have always felt a calling to walk alongside others - over the mountains and through the valleys of life.
I began my career as a family law solicitor, gaining specialist accreditation and experience in supporting people through some of the toughest roads on the journey of marriage and family breakdown.
Arriving at my own fork in the road, I chose a path that led me to gain qualifications in counselling and, subsequently, chaplaincy and pastoral care. I worked for several years as a hospital chaplain before moving into workplace chaplaincy. Among other roles, I supported a large team at an international anti-slavery organisation, offering both individual pastoral care and regular spiritual retreats.
My journey of transformation and connection with God while having my own spiritual direction ignited in me a passion to offer similar life-giving spaces to others. This led me to formation and training in the Listen into Life program, offered by Barnabas Ministries Inc here in Australia.
I am a Iifelong learner. I am always growing and being shaped as I journey with God, both personally and professionally. Although my own inherited and current spiritual tradition is Christian, I value and respect other traditions and the wisdom they offer.

As humans, we have much to learn from each other and from the world we share.
I have regular spiritual direction myself. I am also committed to personal and peer supervision. Through these disciplines, I seek to ensure I am offering a healthy and life-giving space to my directees.
I seek to offer a safe and inclusive space in spiritual direction for people of all backgrounds, ages, ethnicities, genders, sexualities and abilities.

I am a people-lover. An advocate for safe, affordable housing for all. An avid reader. A delighted gardener. A keen walker and birdwatcher. And I am someone who loves nothing more than hanging out with my family, friends and neighbours on the back deck of my home in the summertime.
